 If Your Goods Arrived Damaged or Faulty, 

You Must Contact us Within 48 Hours of Receiving Your Order With Photos of What You’ve Received.

If You Find That The Articles You Have Ordered do Not Correspond to The Goods You Received (different size // color // item),

 You May Return The Articles Back to us 

Within 14 Days of Receiving Your Order.

In This Case, You Need to Contact us Within 48 Hours of Receiving Your Order with the photos of what you’ve Received. 

You do Not Pay a Handling Fee For Returning These Goods to us. Bunny Ranch BoüDior* Owns The Cost of Returning the goods,

You Will Receive The Prepaid Shipping Label From us. 

We Will Arrange to Deliver The Correct Articles That Have Been Ordered.

If The Product is Not Entirely to Your Liking,

The Size You Have Ordered Does Not Fit,
 You Are Able to Return it Within 14 Days After Delivery 
Without Giving a Reason. 
The Goods Returned Must be Undamaged 

Must Not Show Signs of Damage or Use

The Buyer Bears The Cost of Returning The Goods, as Same as Choosing a Carrier & Shipping The Merchandise Back to Our Warehouse of Where The Parcel Was Shipped From, Either Singapore, Hong Kong, or China.

We Will Provide You With The Returning Address.

 In order to return the goods for an exchange or receive store credit for your original order amount, please follow the steps below:

Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition.

Used products or products damaged by the customer will not be acceptable.

Please remember you can’t wash the items above 30ºC = 86ºF.

If you will damage the goods while washing them out over 30ºC = 86ºF, we will not accept the return.

All returns are for exchange for another size or store credit.

Please start the return by contacting us Please provide pictures or a video of the product that supports your cause.

Upon approval, you will receive the instructions with the address where you need to mail the product you would like to return. These instructions are a need to follow.

After sending the shipment back to us, please reach out to us With the tracking number proving you have followed the instructions correctly.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined, and an exchange or refund will be processed via store credit.

PLEASE NOTE:

This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

A - any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

B - any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

C - several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

 

We Will Notify You Once We’ve Received & Inspected Your Return to Let You Know if The Refund Was Approved or Not.

If Approved, You’ll be Automatically Refunded on Your Original Payment Method Within 10 Business Days.

Please Remember it Can Take Some Time For Your Bank or Credit Card Company to Process & Post The Refund.

it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

 Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

   Canceling After Shipment

(if applicable)

 Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped.

After receiving the product, the customer has the choice to return the goods for a refund.

Once the item is returned to us new and undamaged, we will provide a refund in accordance with Bunny Ranch BoüDior* refund policy.

If an item is opened, used, damaged, or missing components,

Our return policy allows for a fair restocking fee;

shipping costs are not refundable.

Within a predetermined number of days following the decision,

your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be credited to your credit card

OR

the original mode of payment.

 

   Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased,

or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later,

we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $19.99, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
